Over the last 20 years, Wayne Koluch has overseen construction and development activities for some of the largest home builders.  By taking on management roles in land development, home construction and clubhouse creation, he has developed an understanding for community building.  Through it all, Wayne has had a singular focus on homeowner satisfaction as he delivered over 2,000 homes to families across North Carolina.  He brings that wealth of knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction to each Percy-Koluch home.  Wayne is licensed in North Carolina as a Building Contractor.

Steve Percy - Principal

Working for new home builders in the Triangle over the past 15 years, Steve Percy has assisted hundreds of home buyers in selecting options to customize their new homes.   He has worked in many of the Triangle's most popular communities and brings his experience in evaluating new home trends and market data to each new Percy-Koluch home.  He looks forward to consulting with you in crafting a new space to enhance your lifestyle.
